Design and Prepress Guidelines for Eyelet Hanging Calendars
- During the design process, to ensure sharp images, we recommend setting Raster Effect to 300 ppi in Illustrator, or if using Photoshop, set the resolution to 300 pixel/inch.
- Set the color mode to CMYK (print color mode, different from RGB which is used for screen display).
- We recommend adding bleed for trimming by making the design at least 2 mm larger on each side than the actual size.
- Important text or images should not be too close to the trim line or fold line; keep them about 1 cm away from the edge of the finished size.
